The fa9990 VIP Program is our way of rewarding our most loyal members. Earn points on every bet, climb the tiers, and unlock benefits that go beyond what regular members can access.
The program is structured across four VIP tiers. Every bet earns points, and your tier is determined by how many points you accumulate.
The benefits of the fa9990 VIP Program are real – they make a genuine difference to your everyday betting.
Every bet you place earns points. Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots – points stack up across all of them. Accumulated points can be converted into bonus cash.
Earn 3% to 18% cashback on your net weekly losses. No wagering requirements — it's credited straight to your wallet, ready to use.
Fa9990 never forgets your birthday. Depending on your tier, a birthday bonus of ৳500 to ৳15,000 is credited directly to your wallet.
VIP members' withdrawals are processed ahead of regular members. Gold and Diamond members receive their funds via bKash in as little as 3–5 minutes.
Exclusive tournaments are held for VIP members featuring larger prize pools and fewer participants, which means your chances of winning are significantly higher.
Gold and Diamond members receive a dedicated personal manager. You can reach out directly for anything — payments, bonuses, or any other matter.
The VIP program on any online platform can seem a bit confusing at first – how points are actually earned, whether the perks are genuinely useful, or just look good on paper. fa9990's VIP Program has straight answers to all these questions.
The program is entirely points-based. Every time you place a bet, a portion of that amount is converted into points. At the Bronze tier you earn 1 point per ৳1,000 wagered, but at Diamond you earn 1 point for every ৳300. The higher your tier, the faster the points accumulate. It is a positive cycle – bet more to level up, level up to earn points faster.
Points can be saved up and converted into bonus cash whenever you choose. 1,000 points = ৳100 bonus cash. This bonus cash can be used directly for betting, and once the wagering requirements are met, it can be withdrawn.
Fa9990's VIP tiers are based on your total accumulated points, not monthly point targets – so once you reach Gold or Diamond, maintaining your status is relatively straightforward. That said, if your account is completely inactive for three consecutive months, a portion of your points may expire, so staying even slightly active is all it takes.
This is a relief for many players. On plenty of other platforms, failing to meet a monthly betting threshold means getting demoted. At fa9990, that pressure doesn't exist. Even during a quieter month, your VIP status stays intact.
You can earn points from all types of betting at fa9990. Pre-match bets on cricket, football, or other sports earn points, and so does live betting. Playing roulette, blackjack, or baccarat in the Live Casino also adds to your points. Slots earn points too, though at a slightly different rate.
During special promotional periods – such as the World Cup, IPL, or Eid – fa9990 hosts double-point events where every bet earns twice the usual points, putting you on the fast track to the next tier.
Fa9990's Diamond VIP is the highest tier — and it's not easy to reach. But for those who do, the experience is in a completely different league. An 18% weekly cashback means even a rough week returns a significant portion of your losses. The ৳15,000 birthday bonus sounds impressive on paper, and in practice, it genuinely is.
Diamond members have a 24/7 personal manager available directly by phone or message. No tickets to raise, no live chat queues – just reach out to your manager and it gets handled. With unlimited daily withdrawal limits, you can cash out a big win in full, all in a single day.
Custom bonus packages are the standout perk of the Diamond tier. Work directly with your manager to set up bonus deals tailored to your betting preferences and schedule – something no other tier offers.
Enjoy your VIP benefits, but always bet responsibly. Never wager beyond your budget. Learn more at our Responsible Gaming page.

In your dashboard, you can see your current points balance, your tier, and exactly how many more points you need to reach the next level.
Convert your accumulated points into bonus cash. The moment you reach a new tier, all its benefits kick in immediately.
During the World Cup, IPL, or Eid, fa9990 runs double-point offers. Betting during these periods lets you climb the tiers twice as fast – keep an eye out for these events.
Instead of sticking to just one category, place bets across both Sports Betting and Live Casino. This speeds up your point accumulation and keeps your betting experience varied.
Bets placed with bonus cash also count toward your points. Make the most of every bonus offer – it pays off not just in winnings, but in points too.
VIP progress is a long-term journey. Betting consistently each week is more effective than placing the occasional large wager – and carries far less risk.
